Under minimal supervision, the Part Time Nurse administers medical and first aid to patrons of the Anaheim Convention Center.

Essential functions include:

• Administering medical/first aid to patrons and employees, as necessary during events.
• Preparing reports on all assistance given.

NOTE: A minimum of four (4) hours of pay is guaranteed per shift, and working hours are scheduled in advance. Assignments may be days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, flexible hours. Hours of work are irregular and there is no minimum number weekly hours guaranteed.

SALARY RANGE
$17.47 - $17.97

This position requires:

• All applicants must be a Registered Nurse, licensed by the State of California and a current CPR Certificate is required.
• Knowledge of safety factors to include basic first aid principles.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as events are scheduled.
• Skill in effective verbal and written communications and dealing diplomatically with the public.

Successful candidates will be required to take a pre-employment drug screening. Also successful candidates will be required to complete a background investiagion.  New employees must provide documentation to establish both work authorization and identity.
